[ANN] Secure FTP v2.5.13 Released

Today marks the release of the Secure FTP client v2.5.13.

The major event in this release is the addition of a French language 
version. Additionally, a minor upload bug was fixed.

We are also putting a call out to you multi-linguists... we currently have 
Secure FTP translated into Japanese, Russian and now French, but if you 
have another language you would like to see Secure FTP in and you could 
translate it, please contact secureftp at glub.com
